Vince McMahon Reveals He Will Induct Donald Trump into WWE Hall of Fame

Vince McMahon revealed on Twitter that he has the honor of inducting Donald Trump into WWE's Hall of Fame.
McMahon sent out a tweet on Tuesday evening that read:
McMahon is the obvious candidate to induct Trump. They have a long business relationship that has benefited both men in the past and have had multiple onscreen interactions.
WrestleManias IV and V were held at Trump Plaza. This is the only time that WrestleMania has been in the same location on consecutive occasions. Trump would say in The True Story Of WrestleMania DVD released in 2011 that WrestleMania was "a very big event." In fact, Trump compared it to holding a Mike Tyson boxing match.
Trump would also make an appearance at WrestleMania XX, where he was interviewed by Jesse Ventura.
Of course, Trump will be best remembered by wrestling fans for his two sorties onto WWE television in competition with future inductor Vince McMahon.
The first came just before WrestleMania 23, when he and Rosie O'Donnell were represented as having a match on WWE television. Local wrestlers actually took the place of the celebrities involved.
Trump would interrupt Vince McMahon's "Fan Appreciation Night" a few weeks later. He then proceeded to drop money from the sky and steal the spotlight from McMahon. Eventually the two would agree to a match, where they were represented by a WWE Superstar. The wrestler who lost would cause the billionaire to lose his hair

Sold as the "Battle of the Billionaires," Trump's representative, Bobby Lashley, defeated McMahon's wrestler, Umaga, with the help of referee "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. Vince was shaved live on the broadcast to the delight of the fans.
Trump reappeared on the WWE in 2009. Trump "bought the WWE" from Vince and announced an advert-free show. He also refunded all of the tickets sold that night. Vince "bought" the company back the next week.
Donald Trump's long-running relationship with the WWE certainly makes him one of the more justified celebrity Hall of Fame inductees. Vince McMahon is the right person to induct Trump, as he is the one constant in The Apprentice star's WWE career.
