For those who are thrilled by the element of surprise, look away now. This report on backstage discussions in the WWE will either spoil or make your day depending on your inclinations.
But for those desperate for news relating to future storylines for the company, read on.
Though Sheamus and Big Show are currently contending for the World Heavyweight title, it seems that this will not be the case for long if a story courtesy of F4WOnline is to be believed (h/t Wrestling Inc).
"While Big Show captured the World Heavyweight Title from Sheamus at Hell In a Cell, it's said that Randy Orton and Dolph Ziggler will dominate the World Title picture in early 2013," the report claims.
For fans of Dolph Ziggler and Randy Orton, this news/rumour will come as a fantastic relief, as both wrestlers have been absent from the title picture for quite some time.
Orton's long-term popularity with fans in the WWE Universe is well acknowledged, but for Ziggler, a big push has been in the making for some time.
Winner of the Money in the Bank briefcase earlier in the year, it was rumoured he would cash in at September's pay-per-view Night of Champions. But to the dismay of some, this was not the case (via Wrestling Inc).
If his growing feud with John Cena suggests anything, though, it's that WWE officials clearly feel that now is the time for him to get his shot in the spotlight.
One would logically think that Ziggler would cash in on Big Show soon to win the belt, with Randy Orton then later being inserted into the World Heavyweight title picture as the No. 1 contender.
Where that would leave Show and former champion Sheamus remains to be seen, though in the writer's opinion, theirs is a feud that could still have some mileage in the upcoming months.
In regards to Ziggler and Orton, though, the question of who will be the heel and who will be the babyface is one that is sure to inspire debate.
