That's right folks, the WWE may be turning their biggest Latin star heel.
This would mark the first time in his WWE career that would happen, but nonetheless WrestleZone.com reports:
F4Wonline.com is reporting there have been discussions of turning one of them heel. The leading idea was for Mysterio to turn heel and help get momentum for Cara. While it has been talked about, there are many who feel it would be a bad move to turn Mysterio heel.
Ultimately, Mysterio as a heel would be a bit odd. Especially considering he has spent his career playing the little engine that could. That, compounded with the amount of times he had to overcome his size disadvantage in order to win fans and matches, would make him an interesting pick.
Overall, Mysterio has pretty much done it all in wrestling and the WWE. The only thing he hasn't done is turned heel. This would be a bold move for both Mysterio and the WWE, as he is one of the biggest merchandise sellers in the company.
Not to mention, his mic skills are average at best—and we all know mic skills are a necessity when you're a heel.
In the end, Mysterio is rapidly approaching 40. And considering how injury prone he is, the WWE needs to act fast in order for Sin Cara to carry the Lucha torch.  Let's face it, there is no better place to pass the torch than WrestleMania.
