Big news coming from the Brock Lesnar front.
It appears the big man may not be back for some time to come. On Thursday, The New York Post scored an interview with Triple H. During the interview, Trip talked about several things to expect at WrestleMania 29, including the return of Brock Lesnar:
Personally, I would think that the WWE would do its best to ensure Lesnar's appearance prior to the "Grandaddy of Them All". Trust me, I don't mean the types of appearances he's graced us with thus far. Ultimately, we need to see Lesnar have a Royal Rumble return and have a few matches on Raw leading to WrestleMania.
The next question that comes to mind is: Who will Lesnar face at 'Mania?
I think it would be odd if he were to fight Punk, considering that they're represented by the same guy. Then you have Rock, who will most likely be champ heading into the event. But if Lesnar plans on barely being around again, it wouldn't make sense for a Brock vs. Rock II for the strap.
Especially since The Rock's appearances may be limited as well.
Ultimately, I would be floored if they put him up against The Undertaker, mostly due to the reputation of "The Streak." Lastly, you have John Cena; the two have a past and have had solid matches against each other. However, that would mean no Rock vs. Cena II?
In the end, if they're going to do this right, it would seem fitting to put Lesnar against Ryback. Not only would it allow Lesnar to put on a great match, but it would allow him to pass the torch. Which may be a hard pill for Lesnar to swallow.
Ultimately, we don't know what the WWE has planned. All we can do is speculate and watch the storylines unfold before our eyes.

I think this year as we go forward the excitement will be there for WrestleMania being in New York and as we move forward and start to announce things it will get bigger and bigger.Overall, I am quite surprised that the WWE is not bringing the big man back sooner. Let's face it, we all want to see Paul Heyman lead a faction with Brock Lesnar and CM Punk. Sadly, that day may never come to fruition.
Rock has expressed his desire to be at WrestleMania this year and to be the WWE Champion at some point, he guaranteed it. I guarantee Cena is going to be there, Brock Lesnar has been discussing his return being at WrestleMania.
