Cole also announced that Lawler was being transferred to a local Montreal hospital but was breathing on his own. The WWE did not have any announcements on Raw for the remainder of the evening.

The 62-year-old Lawler was involved in a match earlier in the night in which he teamed up with Randy Orton to defeat Dolph Ziggler and CM Punk. After the match, the banter between the duo went noticeably silent and much of the focus inside the building was on the announcers' table.
It was clear that something had gone wrong. Cole looked visibly shaken upon delivering the news of Lawler’s incident.
Lawler is a long-time color analyst who has spent almost 20 years with the WWE and has been involved in a feud with WWE champion CM Punk. The champion has been attacking the WWE legend over the last month in order to further his heel turn.
The incident appears to be very serious, and we will keep you updated as more news continues to break.
